& what to do if the URL you see is not that of K&H Bank?

• DO NOT provide your login details
• close your browser
• forward the e-mail with the fraudulent link as an attachment to informationsecurity@kh.hu

& if the harm is already done?

• call the K&H TeleCenter immediately, where our colleagues will help you with the further steps
• visit the https://www.kh.hu/web/eng/security-in-your-finances page, where you can read everything about how to proceed
• file a police report

When you use the e-card please enter your eID and ePIN what you got from the bank then click the "login" button.

With the correct ID-s we will send you a confirmation SMS to your primary phone number preliminary registered in the Bank. If you do not have this device, we will log you in automatically.

If you do not receive the push notification or SMS please try it again later!

If you forget your eID or ePIN please visit one of our bank branch.
